Established since 2007 and based in Melbourne, LHTI is a privately owned advisory and development consultancy that supports landowners, developers, property investors, and asset managers in navigating complex real estate opportunities with clarity and confidence.
We provide independent guidance across the property lifecycle — from site acquisition and project strategy through development execution, capital structuring, and post-completion support. Daniel Loh
Daniel Loh is a Chartered and Registered Professional Engineer with over 25 years of experience delivering complex developments across Australia and internationally. His expertise spans multilevel mixed-use building, purpose built, master-planned and residential projects. Drawing on his background in engineering and commercial project delivery, Daniel bridges technical execution with strategic business outcomes. Known for his collaborative leadership and stakeholder alignment, he consistently drives project performance. Daniel also contributes to not-for-profit organisations, reflecting his commitment to both industry excellence and community engagement.
Peter Watt
Peter Watt brings over 40 years of experience in quantity surveying, cost planning, and project management across Australia and Southeast Asia. A Fellow of the Australian Institute of Quantity Surveyors and registered Building Practitioner, he offers deep expertise in financial feasibility and cost control. His advisory work and leadership across public and private sectors reflect a pragmatic, detail-oriented approach aligned with LHTI’s commitment to disciplined, value-driven project delivery.
Andrea Corso
Andrea Corso brings over 25 years of experience in construction, project management, and strategic delivery across residential, commercial, and community developments. With a strong track record in procurement, risk management, and stakeholder engagement, he has led multimillion-dollar projects including public and private sectors in urban renewal. A licensed builder with deep technical knowledge, Andrea’s practical leadership and collaborative style support LHTI’s commitment to quality, sustainability, and disciplined project execution.
Suzy Lee
Suzy Lee is a Certified Quantity Surveyor with over 20 years’ experience in construction and cost planning across commercial, residential, and social infrastructure projects. Her disciplined approach to cost management, procurement, and project feasibility supports LHTI’s mission to deliver commercially sound, well-executed developments with long-term value for clients and communities.
Kelvin Oui
Kelvin brings over 12 years of experience in operations and project management across commercial real estate, serviced offices, and hospitality. He has overseen office fit-outs, asset upgrades, procurement, and multi-site operations across Australia. With a strong focus on service delivery, budgeting, and contractor coordination, Kelvin plays a key role in supporting LHTI’s development projects through practical execution, attention to detail, and a steady, solutions-oriented approach.
